After-school workshops
Created in 1995 by the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum, the Chahut-Couleurs workshop is a weekly art session offered to children aged 6 to 11. Funded by the City of Albi as part of extracurricular activities, this workshop provides a creative immersion in the world of the museum.
- The sessions take place every Wednesday morning from 10am to 11:30am, from October 7, 2026 to May 19, 2027, excluding school holidays.
An artistic journey through the museum
The theme for the year 2026–2027 "A palace with 1000 faces" invites children to discover the many characters hidden in the Berbie Palace: former inhabitants, characters from paintings, real animals or imaginary creatures.
Through the works in the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum , children encounter the figures who bring the museum to life. Throughout the year, they develop their observation skills and sense of creation through a variety of techniques :
- Introduction to sketching,
- Exploration of portraiture, illustration, and poster art,
- Modeling.
Presentation of the creations
Two highlights will mark the year: a presentation of the work completed will be offered to parents before the Christmas holidays and then at the end of the school year. A great opportunity for the children to share their progress and discoveries.

- Prices: free for children residing in Albi, €75 per year for non-residents
