Financial donations

Donations of money allow you to benefit, regardless of the amount, from an income tax reduction of 66% of the amount of the donation up to a limit of 20% of taxable income, with the possibility of carrying over for 5 years when the ceiling is reached.

Donations of artworks

Donations of works of art to the Toulouse-Lautrec museum allow you to benefit from an income tax reduction of up to 66% of the amount of the donation and a total exemption from transfer taxes.

Bequests are testamentary provisions made by individuals wishing to support a specific cause upon their death. They allow for exemption from inheritance tax. The Toulouse-Lautrec Museum can accept all types of bequests (universal, specific, or verbal). Upon probate, the notary will inform the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum of the bequest, and the processing of the file will begin until the museum's board of directors deliberates and authorizes the acceptance of the gift.
