Museum hours

  • October 1 to May 31 :
    Open Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00am-12:30pm and from 14:00pm-18:00pm.
    Closed on Monday.
  • From June 1st to September 30th :
    Open daily 10 AM - 18 PM

The galleries will be evacuated 15 minutes before the museum closes.
The shop is open on the same days and at the same times as the museum, with free access from the museum reception.
Closed on January 1st, May 1st, November 1st and December 25th.
Special opening hours on December 24th and 31st (early closing at 17pm).

Palace Gardens Opening Hours

Free and open access to the gardens of the Palais de la Berbie all year round

  • From June 1 to September 30 : Open from 8:30 am to 20:30 pm
  • October 1 to May 31 : open from 8:30 am to 18 pm

Special opening hours on December 24th and December 31st (closing at 17pm).
On December 25th and January 1st, the gardens are open from 8:30 am to 18 pm.

From Toulouse-Blagnac airport (1 hour 15 minutes journey from Albi), Castres-Mazamet (45 minutes journey from Albi) or Rodez (1 hour journey from Albi).

Accessibility

The museum galleries, as well as the temporary exhibition hall and the educational workshop are accessible to people with reduced mobility. Elevators and lifts allow passage between landings and floors.

Two wheelchairs are available available for loan at the museum reception desk without the possibility of reservation.

Parking spaces for people with reduced mobility are located in front of the museum, other spaces are available nearby.

Loan of walking stick seats at the beginning of the route on the ground floor, to be returned at the end of the route.

Strollers are allowed in the museumA baby changing table is available in the toilets on level -1.
